Audit management report for audit groups

The management report helps you understand overall risk distribution, track progress across multiple respondents, and make informed decisions based on aggregated audit data.

The purpose of the management report is to provide a comprehensive overview of your respondents' risk level. The respondents have answered several questions, that underlies the automatically calculated risk levels and scores - if score has been enabled to the template. Moreover, the report creates an overview of the individual respondent's answers on an overall risk and section level.

The management report consists of the following:

  • Summary
  • Figure 1: The allocation of the overall risk levels (Visible only if score is enabled on the audit)
  • Figure 2: The average score for each sections (Visible only if the audit is divided into sections)
  • Overview of individual respondents:
    • Completed
    • In progress
    • Excluded

You can access the management report continuously, allowing it to serve as a status report while the audit group is still in progress. Upon completion, when all audits within the audit group are submitted or excluded, you will have the full management report.

The management report can be viewed in the browser or downloaded as a PDF.
