Using Templates to Create Common Systems
If your organisation uses common systems (like Microsoft 365), there’s a good chance a pre-built template exists — saving you time and ensuring consistent documentation.
How to Use a Template
- Click Create from Template
- Browse the available library
- Select a system (e.g. Microsoft 365)
- Click Create
The asset is added with basic documentation already filled in — including standard legal, security and risk info.
