How can I start over with a clean platform setup?

You can request a full platform reset to remove all existing content and start over with a clean setup. Once the reset is complete, the platform is fully emptied so a new setup can begin.

What happens during a platform reset?

A clean reset removes the content currently in the platform. It is used when the platform was started in the wrong way and it is easier to begin again.

How do I request a reset?
  1. Confirm that you want a completely clean setup.
  2. Contact the support team to submit your reset request, providing your email address so the reset can be confirmed with you.
  3. Wait for the reset to be completed.
  4. Start setting up the platform again once it has been emptied.
How long does it take?

A full platform reset can take about an hour.
