Linking Tasks and Policies

You can link tasks directly to a policy to ensure regular reviews or follow-ups — or to assign actions based on policy content.

When to Use

  • Assign review tasks to policy owners
  • Link training or audit tasks
  • Collect confirmations from employees or vendors

How to Link a Task

  • From within a policy: click Add Task
  • Choose Create new or Link existing
  • Task is now visible under the policy’s task tab
