For each data sharing instance, you can attach one or more documents — such as data processing agreements, disclosure agreements, or research agreements. Documents can be saved as drafts or as final agreements.
For example, in the "Processors" sharing section, you can add a data processing agreement in the "Data Processing Agreement" field. Here, you can click "Create New" (or use the upload icon if visible), which lets you upload the agreement by selecting a file from your device or dragging it into the upload box.
You can attach documents across all data sharing types. To add multiple documents to the same sharing instance, click Each document you add is listed under the sharing instance for easy reference. "Create New" again. To download a document, click the document's blue download button.
