Contracts - Access panel

Accesses are used to manage the access at the individual contract level and can be used both for limiting and expanding access to a specific contract.

On a confidential contract, access can be used to manage exactly which users and/or business units are allowed to have access to the contract. For non-confidential contracts, access can be used to specify additional users and/or business units which have access to the contract.

Clicking on the access tab on the contract view will show you all the accesses currently associated with the contract:

The icon on the left side indicates if the Access is for a business unit or a user.
