Get started with notifications in the PACTIUS platform
The system can send notifications about specific events in a contract to users. Notifications are sent in the form of e-mails to the respective users' e-mail addresses.
Note: In order for the system to send out notifications for a given contract, the contract must have the status "Approved" and the users in question must have registered an e-mail address.
Notifications are issued once a day. In order to limit the number of e-mails in the users' inboxes, all notifications for a given user are collected in one and the same e-mail, so that the user receives at most one notification e-mail a day.
Notifications are sent out for the following events:
- Expiry of the contract: If you have set an end date on the contract and have registered how many days before the end of the contract you want to receive a notification, this will be sent the relevant number of days before the end of the contract to the contract manager on the contract.
- Task fulfilment: If you have registered a wish to receive notification on an obligation, a notification is sent to the person responsible for the obligation the relevant number of days before the task date.
- Expiration of obligation: When a task date passes and registration of whether the task has been completed or not and you have registered "Activity required" on the associated obligation, a notification is sent to the person responsible for the obligation that the obligation is now overdue.
Note: Notifications about the expiration of the contract are always sent to the contract manager on the contract, whereas notifications about tasks are always sent to the person responsible for the individual obligation.
