Prices and legal guidance
Onboarding and ongoing support are included as part of your monthly subscription price.
We have extensive knowledge and experience with GDPR, however, we do not provide legal guidance on the subject. Instead, we are happy to refer you to our trusted business partners for any questions or interpretations of GDPR legislation that you may have.
The 5 steps of the implementation
Step 1: Open and activate your Privacy platform account
Create your Privacy platform, you can get started for free, read more, and get started here. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your account.
Step 2: Meet your onboarding specialist
Once your account is activated, you will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your onboarding session with one of our specialists.
The session will be conducted online and typically last for one hour. During the session, you will receive a thorough review of the platform and be guided through each step of the process. If you have any questions or concerns that are not addressed during the initial session, we will be happy to schedule a follow-up meeting to ensure all of your questions are answered.
Recommendation
For the best possible onboarding experience, we recommend forwarding one of your current processing activities to us prior to your initial onboarding session. In this way, we can help you set it up on the platform.
Step 3: Create master data, users, and systems
Create all the systems you currently use and invite the appropriate individuals from your organisation who have knowledge about the processes and systems.
Step 4: Create processing activities
Create your own processing activities from scratch or use .legal's templates developed by Bech-Bruun's legal specialists as a starting point.
Step 5: Check in to complete your implementation
After your initial onboarding session, you will have the knowledge and tools to continue creating processing activities. Our team will always be available for any follow-up questions or check-ins, as needed, to ensure that you have a smooth and successful experience with the Privacy platform.
