Record of processing activities

See and export a record of your processing activities.

As a data controller or data processor, you should, according to paragraph 30 in the General Data Protection Regulation, at any time be able to demonstrate a record of your processing activities to a supervisory authority such as the Danish Data Protection Agency. The record ensures that you have the required overview and thus comply with the regulation.

Step 1

Select “Record” in the left menu, to see your record of processing activities.

Step 2

You can choose whether you want to see the record as a data controller (Article 30.1) or data processor (Article 30.2).

Step 3

Now, choose the group entity you want to see the record for.

Step 4

The record will now appear.
