Comment module and notifications

Use the comment module to communicate about your registration.

After your submission has been processed, you will usually receive a comment from the caseworker. You will get an email notification informing you that a comment has been added to your project. When you log into Privacy again, you can see the comment in the bottom right corner of your project page.



You can open the comment thread by clicking the blue button with the message icon. A small red circle indicates that there is a comment you have not yet viewed.

When you open the comment thread, you can see what the caseworker has written to you. You have the option to reply directly by clicking "Reply", or you can add a new comment and click "Send".
