Viewing and managing control within a framework

The framework control overview provides comprehensive management capabilities for controls within your framework. This centralised view enables efficient monitoring, quick updates, and streamlined control management through status tracking and direct editing features.

When you open a framework, you'll see a comprehensive list of all associated controls displaying the following key information: ID, control, category, control coordinator, task completion, current status, and any notes.

Quick Management Features

  • Edit control coordinators directly in the list without opening individual controls
  • Access control details by clicking the control title or anywhere on the row
  • Monitor progress through visual status indicators and completion counter

Control Status

Controls are automatically categorised based on their underlying task progress:

  • Planned: All tasks under the control are scheduled but none have begun.
  • Ongoing: One or more tasks are currently in progress or have been completed.
  • Completed: All tasks under the control have been completed.
  • Overdue: One or more tasks have passed their deadline.

Open, Edit, Note and Exclude

From the overflow menu on a control you can open it, edit it, write a note or exclude the control from the framework. Manually added controls can also be deleted from here.
