User Management: Overview and Editing Users

From Settings > Users, administrators can view, edit and manage all users in the platform.

View Users

  • Switch between active users and all users (incl. deactivated)
  • Click a user to view:
    • Name and email
    • Assigned role
    • Group access (if using company structure)

Edit a User

  • Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the user page
  • You can then:
    • Change name or email
    • Update user role (admin, user, or custom via Role Management)
    • Assign or remove business area
    • Manage group/company access

Tip: Users can exist without a business area — only assign it if you want them to be responsible for grouped data.
