Dashboard Filters: Organisation and User Views
The dashboard filters let you tailor what you see based on your role and access level. You can switch between multiple organisations, or focus on just your own responsibilities.
This helps you:
- Zoom in on your own tasks and data
- Switch between client entities (if you're an advisor)
- Collaborate better across teams
Organisation Filter
If your account has access to more than one organisation, you’ll see a dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard. This allows you to switch between:
- Your own company/organisation
- Other entities you're linked to (e.g., subsidiaries or clients)
Each organisation has its own data, so what you see will change accordingly.

My Tasks vs All Tasks
Next to the organisation selector, you’ll find a toggle:
- My tasks: Only shows tasks assigned to you
- All tasks: Shows tasks across your organisation
This applies to both the task widget and the task summary chart.
Tip: If you're a manager, use “All tasks” to monitor your team's workload.
Filters Affect All Widgets
The filters don’t just change what tasks you see — they also affect:
- Risk widget
- Incident overview
- KPIs
- Compliance report export
So it's important to choose the right view before making decisions or generating reports.
