Understanding the Dashboard

Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log into the platform. It gives you a clear and structured overview of key compliance indicators – from tasks and risks to incidents and KPIs.

The dashboard is fully interactive and updated in real time. It’s designed to help you:

  • Stay on top of compliance tasks
  • Spot areas that require attention
  • Quickly navigate to underlying content

Dashboard Structure

The dashboard is divided into five main elements:

  • Task widget
  • Risk widget
  • Incident overview
  • Task summary chart
  • KPI boxes

Each element links to the relevant module – so you can go directly from insight to action.

KPI Boxes

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see four KPI boxes:

  • Processing Activities: Total number of documented activities
  • Assets: Number of linked assets and data flows
  • Vendors: Number of vendors or processors added
  • Tasks: Number of current and completed tasks

These boxes give you a high-level status update on your compliance setup.

Tip: Click any KPI box to go directly to the relevant module – e.g., clicking “Vendors” opens your vendor list.

Filtering Your View

Use the filters in the top-right corner of the dashboard to:

  • Switch between multiple organisations (if you have access to more than one)
  • Choose between “My tasks” and “All tasks”

This makes it easy to zoom in on your own responsibilities or get a wider view across the organisation.
