Understanding Dashboard KPIs

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll find four KPI boxes. These give you a real-time summary of your compliance setup — all in one view.

Each box shows a key metric from one of the core modules, and you can click directly into the underlying data for more detail.

The Four KPI Boxes

Processing Activities: Total number of registered processing activities (RoPA items)

Assets: Number of mapped assets or applications

Vendors: Number of vendors or processors managed

Tasks: Number of currently active and completed tasks

These numbers reflect the current state of your compliance work.

What Do the Numbers Mean?

Each KPI is live and updates automatically:

  • Adding a new processing activity increases the “Processing Activities” count
  • Adding a task changes the number under “Tasks”
  • Creating a new vendor updates the “Vendors” KPI

You can use these figures to benchmark your progress or report status to management.

Navigating from the KPI Boxes

Clicking any of the four boxes will take you directly to:

  • The processing activity list
  • The asset inventory
  • The vendor overview
  • The task management module
