Import risk scenarios from the catalogue

The catalogue holds common risk scenarios and consequences you can import instead of starting from a blank page.

The catalogue is a predefined collection of common risk scenarios and consequences. Importing from it is usually the fastest way to get a new risk area ready to use, and everything you import can be adjusted afterwards.

You need admin rights with access to edit master data to import risk scenarios.

  1. Go to settings and select Risk Scenarios in the settings menu.
  2. Click the button "Risk scenario catalogue"
  3. Browse or search the available scenarios and select the ones relevant to your area.
  4. Select which risk areas and on which entity types you want to use the scenario.
  5. Click Import.
  6. Open any imported scenario to rename it, change its description or remove consequences that do not apply to you.

Please note: the catalogue is a starting point, not a fixed template. Adjusting imported scenarios so they use your own wording usually makes the assessments easier for colleagues to complete.
