Import risk scenarios from the catalogue
The catalogue holds common risk scenarios and consequences you can import instead of starting from a blank page.
The catalogue is a predefined collection of common risk scenarios and consequences. Importing from it is usually the fastest way to get a new risk area ready to use, and everything you import can be adjusted afterwards.
You need admin rights with access to edit master data to import risk scenarios.
- Go to settings and select Risk Scenarios in the settings menu.
- Click the button "Risk scenario catalogue"
- Browse or search the available scenarios and select the ones relevant to your area.
- Select which risk areas and on which entity types you want to use the scenario.
- Click Import.
- Open any imported scenario to rename it, change its description or remove consequences that do not apply to you.

Please note: the catalogue is a starting point, not a fixed template. Adjusting imported scenarios so they use your own wording usually makes the assessments easier for colleagues to complete.
