Assigning Responsibility and Business Area to a Legal Entity

To ensure proper oversight, each legal entity can be assigned a responsible user and linked to a business area and compliance domains (e.g. GDPR, NIS2).

Fields You Can Assign

You can assign three fields to a legal entity: a Responsible user, a Business area, and a Compliance domain. These fields enable filtering and delegation across departments and compliance frameworks.

  • Responsible user – the person in charge of keeping information up to date
    • Responsible user – the person in charge of keeping information up to date
    • Business area – e.g. HR, Marketing, IT
    • Compliance domain – tag the entity as relevant to GDPR, NIS2, or both
  • Compliance domain – tag the entity as relevant to GDPR, NIS2, or both

These fields allow filtering and delegation across departments.
