Observations let anyone in the organisation flag something they have noticed, without being a user in .legal. The form is short and works on a phone, which is usually the difference between something being reported and being forgotten.
- Go to Risk and open Observations.
- Click public observation link.
- Copy the link.
- Share it where your colleagues already are, for example on the intranet, in onboarding material, or as a QR code in physical locations.
Anyone opening the link can submit an observation without logging in. Everything submitted lands in the observations inbox for review.
