Task Status, Metadata and Approvals

In the right-hand panel of each task, you’ll find key metadata fields that define how the task behaves and who is involved.

Key Metadata

  • Responsible user
  • Business area
  • Task tags
  • Approval requirement (yes/no)
  • Documentation required (yes/no)
  • Linked compliance area

Tip: Fields are fully editable for one-off tasks, but partially locked if created via the annual wheel.
